iModus Locate is a sophisticated and fully automated system that allows its users a range of features:

• the software is network independent
• its is delivered, upgraded and supported ‘over the air’
• running in the background, it has minimal interaction (‘Black Box’ solution)
• data is captured automatically (GPS every 5 seconds)
• sophisticated software automatically identifies when the device is ‘in a journey’ (e.g. driving or walking)
• business, private and passenger journeys managed differently (e.g. business mileage, speeding etc)
• any ‘missing movements’ are identified automatically (e.g. if device turned off)
• speeding based on speed limit(s) on the roads used
• ability to define geo-fences – specific locations for reporting and alerts
• optional entry and exit alerts into these geo fences can be delivered by e-mail or SMS
• global coverage, utilising google maps with map, satellite and hybrid views
